What are your shipping costs?
We implement flat rate shipping for all our products.
Flat Rate Shipping to the Contiguous US costs $5 per order.
Flat Rate Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs $10 per order.
Please be aware that our Flat Rate Shipping applies to our standard delivery methods. Standard shipping typically takes an estimated 15-30 business days (after production) for items dispatched from our China printing partners or 5-12 business days (after production) for items dispatched from our USA printing partner. However, due to current global challenges such as the pandemic, these timeframes are estimates and should not be considered as guaranteed delivery times. To calculate the total estimated turnaround, factor in both production and shipping turnaround times.
How long does production and shipping take?
PRODUCTION TURNAROUND
This refers to the duration required by our production/printing partners to print and assemble your items, making them ready for shipping. Production typically takes an estimated 2-4 weeks (excluding shipping transit turnaround). Shipping transit turnaround is additional to the production turnaround and varies depending on the product and its shipping origin and destination.
What type of shipping does the Flat Rate cover?
While carriers may vary, the Flat Rate covers standard speed delivery. Please refer to the above sections for estimated production and shipping turnarounds.
When will I receive tracking information?
As soon as your order has shipped you will receive your tracking information via email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Meta Pay.
Do you charge sales tax on orders?
We collect sales tax for any state within the USA that requires sales tax to be collected by law.
Do you offer installment plans?
Our website, hosted by Shopify, now offers an installment plan called Shop Pay Installments. For more information, please refer to the Shop Pay Installments section below.
How will your company name appear on my credit card statement?

I received my package, but one of my items is missing. What should I do?
Since we collaborate with various manufacturers, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times. If you suspect that an item is missing from your package, please reach out to us via our website contact form.
My product arrived damaged, how can I get a replacement?
If you receive your order and believe there is a manufacturing defect or that the product arrived damaged, please photograph the damage/defect and retain the original packaging. Contact us through our contact form within 7 business days of delivery, attaching the photo of the damage/defect. If it's determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement of the item. Please note that no refunds are possible as the item is made to order.
Color Policy
Color variations are not considered defects. We do not remake orders for color variations since it's impossible to guarantee color accuracy across devices and from monitor to the final printed item. Please read the product description thoroughly and ask any questions before placing an order if you have concerns about the product, size, or materials. We are available to answer any questions you may have. The product description includes dimensions and fabric material details. Colors may vary between items due to different substrates/materials being used.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping! our services extend worldwide. Please note that certain remote areas may require additional shipping fees from our carriers, which might not be visible at the time of placing your order. These fees are determined by the carriers and are beyond our control. If the additional fee exceeds the initial shipping charge you paid, we'll reach out via email. You'll then have the choice to pay the remote location fee or cancel your order.
